When we are sleeping we don't know what we are doing and if we sleep alone maybe we will never know it.
A lot of people when their are sleepping they are talking, walking, turning around the bed and also having sex.
There are a lot of thing that hinder our rest and there are diferents solutions for having a good sleep before going bed:
- Relax before bed, like a little meditation.
- Get regular exercise, that improves the quality of your sleep.
- Cut back on screen time before bed, electronical devices mess with our sleep cycles.
- Cut bak on alcohol, caffeine and cigarettes, their excites us.
- Tweak your bedroom for optimal sleep.
*Hinder: dificultan.
*Cut back: reduir.
*Tweak: ajustar.
