Welcome to the future, where our apples never brown

Neal Carter, Okanagan's founder and grower, claims two have to varieties of apples an arctic granny and arctic golds that can be cut clean in half and yet have their flesh stay white and fresh for weeks on end. No brown spots. No bruising. Also they require no chemical treatment before being processed for food and their juice runs clearer. They are genetically modified and have the gene responsible for not  browning.

In my opinion this is a good news because it means thatat the cience is growing but also I'm not very shure if eat geneticall modified food is good for us, but well in our days this is "normal". In the futer we will see what happens..

Sticking together
  • Claims: reclamacions.
  • Brusings: forats en les pomes.
  • Granny: la pola "vella".
