Insomnia: how to get a good night's sleep

Many people suffer from insomnia. They may not be able to fall aslep others may wake up during the night and not fall back to sleep again; or they may wake up too early in the morning.

  • Is it a serious problem? 

No, no really, but if you suffer a sleeping problem it can make you deel     tired, depressed and sad. It can also make it hard to go on on your work during the day.
  • How much sleep do I need?

Adults need 7-8 hours a night. If you feel tired during the day, you aren't getting enough sleep at night. However, sleep hours may change with age. For example, older people may sleep less at night but have slept during the day.
