We should give money to homeless people on the streets?

In my opinion we should give money to homeless people on the streets. It is sad rhat in the 21st century people beg for money but, giving them money on the streets in not the best way to help them. 

I think that we should give money to homeless people if we can, but in reality I disagree with the idea that giving them money isn't the best solution because asking people for money is sometimes easier that finding a job. 

It is the government's responsability to look after the people.

When we donate money to organizations for homeless people we help them more than when we give them money in the street.

In conlution, I would say that it's probably best to give money to organizations regulary and something to people on the streets from time to time.
