Good News about chocolate

This good news about chocolate is welcome to anyone who loves this product!

According to scientists,  chocolate contains flavanoids, also found in red wine and green tea, that help improve blood circulation. Those same compounds may also help reduce blood pressure. Some flavanols are lost when the cocoa bean is processed.

UntitledAnother study found that pregnant women who ate chocolate reported their babies smiled and laughed more often than those who did not consume chocolate.

And chocolate can influence your mood. Scientists used to think that compounds in chocolate produced endorphins in the brain.

I've choose this news because I love chocolate, and I have been always shure that chocolat eated in control its good for us, and with this news I'm happy because when I'm estaing choocolat I don't think with the negatives things and this is fantastic!

Toxic friends

Toxic friends are those who are "running" our lives, because they are friends that never suppor us, they lie to us, sometimes they don't have time for us or just they talk badly to us and make us feel sad and think that we are bad people,

FIT GIRLS LOOK BETTER NAKEDI agree whit the solution of the text that says "for treating toxic friends problems you have to avoid them from time to time" and also I think that the other solution is to talk directly to them: tell them that you love them but you don't feel good with their acts, and that If you don't see a change in their actuations you will decide to see them not so ofthen.

In conclution I think that before doing our acts we have to think about its consequences.

Is humour necessary in our lives?

Humour in my country is important like every where but on the street, you don't see people happy when they are walking alone and in my opinion this is sad because it means that they are not happy, they are just living.

UntitledFirts of all, for me, humour is very important in our lives, when we are sad, just a sentence with a bit of humour it can make us happy.
Secondly if we live without humour our life will be sad, always the same, just work and make moeny.

In conclusion humor makes our lives happier and longer, without humor we would be angry every day and our face would be always sad, so jokes, humour and laughther are very important to live well.

McDonals Food Some McDonal's locals in Britain satrted to put classical music to keep the rowdies out.

They have don it because their firts priority is ensure that their restaurants are safe and welcoming for all the customers, and they don't like antisocial behavior.

In my opinion this is a really good marketing strategy, because doing all this things make that more people spend his money to their restaurants becaus they think that they are good with all the people and they want peace for everybody.

Welcome to the future, where our apples never brown

Neal Carter, Okanagan's founder and grower, claims two have to varieties of apples an arctic granny and arctic golds that can be cut clean in half and yet have their flesh stay white and fresh for weeks on end. No brown spots. No bruising. Also they require no chemical treatment before being processed for food and their juice runs clearer. They are genetically modified and have the gene responsible for not  browning.

In my opinion this is a good news because it means thatat the cience is growing but also I'm not very shure if eat geneticall modified food is good for us, but well in our days this is "normal". In the futer we will see what happens..

What Really Happens When You Swallow Your Gum?

When we accidentally gluped down a gum.The pice of gum go directly in our digestive system and then they ligered a little bit longer all arouwn our digestive system.
Our stomachs are actually remarkably efficient systems for shoving food through, digested or undigested.

The gum falls in the undigested category. The saliva helps to digestive the gum and make the flavour come in our mouth.

Even then, our stomach muscles contract and relax, earthworm style, to force the things we swallow down and out. So no, unless you're replacing meals with the stuff, you're probably okey.

Well if chose this new because I'm always eating gums and my mother is always telling me that this is no good for my stomach, because he is thinking that he would eat and he prepers all the gastric juices to dissolve the food. And if the gum goes inside the stomach this makes a ball very dificult to destroy.

E-Mail

<3Hello I'm Paula I'm 17 and I'm studyng 2nd of batxillerat in IES Catelló d'Empúries. I live in Empuriambrava. This is my last year in the high school and then I will go to the university and I would like to study Economy.

My set goals for this year:
*Pass all the subjects, and improve in all the grades. But its very dificult in almost all the subjects.
*Put my best effort in all my life. In school, with my family and my friends.
But this year I think that I have to be focused only in the studies, but it's complicated because we are humans and we need to do diferent things at the same time, like study and have fun, but if I organize myself I think I can do it.
A thing that I really want its my driver license and I will do every thing to get it.
My family and my friends are very important in my live and I know that they would do everything to help me and I can lean on them and trust them, with them I can do everything and I'm here for all they need.

"Every single one of you has something to offer and you have a responsibility to discover what it is", I love this sentence because it makes me feel good and motivated to go on and fight for all the things I want. Because I'm a little lost and I don't know what I have to do right now and neither in the future so it makes me feel that I'm here for something and that life is beautiful and we have to live it the best we can.

E-mail

Hey, I'm Paula Labrador.
I'm 17 and I'm studing 2nd of batxillerat. This is my last year in the high school and I'm happy for that but at the same time I'm sad because I will never come back to the high school again and I thik that I will miss it a little bit.
My challenges for this year are improve all my marks and goo well in all the subjects.
On march the 15th its my birth day, and I'm nervous because I will be 18! And thats it means that I can take the driving license... I want it right now, because when you have a car it's all diferent and easier, you can go wherever you want and you don't have to ask you parents if they can take you to a place or another, you can go every where you want, its fantastic.
This last summer I've had worked in a clothes shop in Empuriabrava, I was working from 14:00 to 11:00. In the begining it was so hard because I had to spend 9h standing and I could't sit just for a bit. But in two weeks I was acclimatized. In the shop I've got very nice mates, and I've got a really good time with them, and I miss they a little bit, but I'm in contact with them.
Last winter I whent whit my friend Tura to the gym but now its colse so we decided to buy a cayac ( Tura its my neighbor) and we will go every day with the cayac into the canals, it will be so fun! Hahhahaha
See you tomorrow teacher, good night:)
